In-Flight Calibration of the NOAA/RFC Meteorological Research Aircraft Instruments at the Air Force Eastern Test Range: 1977-1978

In-flight calibrations of the meteorological research aircraft at the Air Force Eastern Test Range during 1977 and 1978 are described. Results relating to the accuracy of selected meteorological instrumentation on the aircraft are presented. The instruments calibrated were the temperature, humidity and pressure sensors, the radar altimeters, and the wind finding system.
