Studies of the American Embroidery Industry

摘要

The purpose of the grant was to perform a feasibility study to determine the potential for strategies which would improve the competitiveness and viability of the American Embroidery Industry, provide guidelines for action to overcome depressed conditions and increase employment and productivity in the industry. The research did uncover general directions and specific insights on growth potential both within current markets and potential markets. The research indicates the desirability of more study and education/promotional activities within suggested target markets.
