Women and Nontraditional Blue Collar Jobs: A Case Study of Local I

A case study was done of one local union, its officials and members, and the company for which they work to assess women's interest in blue collar jobs traditionally held by men and barriers which may limit their mobility to these jobs. Interviews were conducted with 23 union officials and 50 women and men workers.
