The Leon County Research and Development Authority completed the master planning for a new research and development park Innovation Park/Tallahassee a Community Impact Assessment, a set of Protective Covenants, a Master Sub-Lease, and various information relative to the park. With this planning phase completed, the Authority will enter the engineering design and marketing phase.
