Master Planning for Innovation Park/Tallahassee, Florida

The Master Plan presents ideas and recommended actions designed to establish a program and process that will enable the Leon County and Development Authority to achieve its goals and objectives. This Master Plan report presents the following items: a summary of the recommendations developed during the preparation of the master plan; an inventory and analysis of factors which will have an impact on Innovation Park/Tallahassee; the planning criteria and design standards used; the Final Development Plan, the Facilities Improvement Plan, and the Financial Plan.
