Realizing Placerville's vulnerable position, the Economic Development Administration (EDA) provided the City with a technical assistance grant to explore and select a revitalization strategy. The City together with consultants examined a wide range of planning, development and financing alternatives, and recommended a revitalization strategy which is developed in the report.
