Streamflow and Reservoir-Content Records in Texas: Compilation Report, January 1889 through December 1975. Volume 1. Gaging Stations in the Canadian, Red, Sulphur, Cypress Creek, Sabine, Neches, Trinity, and San Jacinto Basins and Adjoining Coastal Basins

The primary purpose of this report is to present a complete compilation of available historical monthly streamflow and reservoir-content records which have been obtained in Texas, spanning an 87-year period from January 1889 through December 1975. The data compiled in this report represent a total of 825 gaging stations and consist of records of the monthly discharge of streams, canals, floodways, and end-of-month contents of reservoirs in Texas, summarized on a monthly and calendar year basis. Compiled are the records of 693 streamflow stations, 28 canal stations, 9 floodway stations, and 86 reservoir-content stations. Volume 1 contains gaging stations in the Canadian, Red, Sulphur, Cypress Creek, Sabine, Neches, Trinity, and San Jacinto Basins and adjoining coastal basins.
