Analysis of the Relevant Labor Markets for Four Procurement-Related Occupations in the Federal Government

The study examines four procurement-related occupations in the Federal government as part of a relevant labor market approach to adverse impact. A job analysis of the four occupations is included as well as an indepth look at recruitment and selection practices. The final section examines the nature of the relevant labor pool and compares it with the composition of the Federal workforce.
