Two-hundred and fifty-nine health projects funded between 1965 and 1978 were contacted by the Appalachian Regional Commission. The report summarizes their operating status, sources of funding, type of services delivered, and status of health professional training programs. Information about the projects funded in the 13 Appalachian states is summarized for each state.
