The analyses of existing and potential FCC regulations of network commercial practices respecting affiliates, advertisers and program suppliers describing the contribution each regulation has made or might make to the Commission's objectives of achieving competition, diversity and localism in the provision of television service to the public. This examination is intended to provide the Commission with a basis to evaluate the efficacy of its regulatory options in achieving these goals and any others it finds compelling.
