The principal purpose of the Federal-State Election Law Updates is to furnish in the form of a brief analysis the essential provisions of State election laws. In regard to federal legislation, the Election Law Updates will provide a brief summary of pending public bills and resolutions dealing with election laws and include more detailed analyses of those bills that have had action.
