The report deals in considerable depth with the topic of client outcome measures for use in outcome or impact evaluation of mental health programs. While this report deals with client outcome evaluation, it does not deal with evaluation research principles, study design, study implementation, or data analysis; it is restricted to the methodological and practical aspects of assessing client outcomes in a systematic, quantitative fashion, as part of a complete outcome evaluation study.
