The Supplement to NUREG-0680 (TMI-1 Restart Evaluation) (1) reports the results of the staff's evaluation of additional information received from the licensee since the issuance of NUREG-0680 and Supplements 1 and 2; (2) describes the resolution or status of unresolved items noted in those documents; and (3) provides a judgement as to whether the licensee has made reasonable progress towards completion of the long-term actions identified in the August 9, 1979 Order.
