Included in this report are the Historical and Architectural Data Sections of the Historic Structure Report for the Mascot Saloon Group. Alternatives for treatment and recommended treatments for the Mascot group - buildings are presented in graphic as well as written form. The Historical Data Section discusses the development of this parcel of land in 1897 by three speculators - J.A. 'Doc' Cleveland, Captain Elias W. Johnston, and Otto Wolf. The effects of the Klondike Gold Rush on the establishment of Skagway is presented briefly. The report contains illustrations and drawings.
