A Goal Programming Model for Nursing Service Budgeting: Executive Summary

摘要

The overall objective of this research was to develop and test a comprehensive mathematical model for planning budgets in hospital nursing departments. Measurements of task delegations and substitutability among nursing personnel were done and incorporated into the development of a nurse budgeting model. Methods and findings are contained in the Executive Summary as well as the Final Report.
