摘要

The technical, economic, and institutional feasibility of co-composting solid waste with sewage sludge in an urban county of 450,000 was analyzed. This Phase I study addressed waste feedstocks, process technologies, markets, economics, incentives for and barriers to implementation of co-composting, and conclusions and recommendations.
