An Evaluation of Farmers Home Administration's Economic Emergency Loan Program Objectives to Determine the Programs Effectiveness and the Need for the Program

This project is an evaluation of Farmers Home Administration's (FmHA) economic emergency (EE) loan program. The primary objective was to review the effectiveness and the need for the program. The results of this evaluation indicate that the EE loan program has been accomplishing the objectives for which it was intended by legislation. The implementation of the program by FmHA personnel has been sound and within the authorities established by statutes and agency regulations.
