Prospects and Strategies for New England Ports

Cargo flows, facilities and institutions are analyzed for New England's Common user port operations and regional port strategies offered to improve the overall effectiveness of the New England port system. Conjunctively, other harbor and waterfront development trends are generally assessed and overall harbor management strategies identified to promote coordinated management of the region's harbors, including its port operations and other waterfront activities.
