This literature review and analysis summarizes recent research, examines the issues on evaluation raised (and not raised) in the literature, and assesses the adequacy of available data for evaluation and for evaluability assessment. The task involved a broad search of the mental health and aging literature on Hispanic and Asian/Pacific Americans.
