摘要

The report analyzes existing transportation and economic development needs in the South Hill Virgina. It suggests roadway, parking, downtown and industrial development improvements for both short and long-range time frames. The Plan is designed to improve traffic circulation, enhance the economic environment of the Town, and coordinate transportation and economic development improvements.
