摘要

The results of this study show that the concept of developing a university-related research park is a worthwhile undertaking. The study also revealed that the best way to produce desired symbiotic relationships between the university and park tenants is to locate the research park in close proximity to the university campus. The conclusions resulting from this study were that the existing economic conditions, the broad scope of benefits offered by Central Florida and the emphasis and interests of the University of Central Florida formed the ideal base upon a successful university-related research park could be developed.
