Geometry, Resistance and Stability of the Delft Systematic Yacht Hull Series

摘要

Resistance and stability in upright and heeled position has been determined for a series of twenty two systematically varied yacht hull forms. The analysed results of the model experiments are given in a form which can be used for various purposes in sailing yacht design, including velocity prediction.
