The Accident Investigation Division (AID) of the National Center for Statistics and Analysis (NCSA) has been interested for several years in obtaining certain information on various impact modes and vehicle types through staged collisions. The information collected includes documentation of residual crush and collision deformation classification (CDC) for each vehicle in each test. Volume Two contains the vehicle-to-rigid barrier - sixteen collision tests.
