Operational Plan for the Great Plains Energy Center

摘要

The purpose of this study is to prepare an operational plan for the Great Plains Energy Research and Education Institute. This operational plan will be used by the Board of Directors to determine the feasibility of assuming the South Radar Station as a site for a renewable energy research and educational institute. The report examines the feasibility of this project in this order - major issues of the project, organizational title, composition of the board of directors, project staffing, disposition of federal property and review of energy related activities in the State, review of other energy centers, and project implementation.
