This Guide is an updated (December 2011) list of the Italian health services for the problems related to tobacco-use. The Guide represents a useful system to collect information that facilitates access to the services, by making the health services delivering on users demand easier and more rapid. This national-based survey and the uniform methods for gathering homogeneous and comparable data are the platform for the development of integrated, coordinated and effective tobacco cessation strategies.
