The program goals and objectives of this report are (1) to generate additional employment by stimulating and creating conditions to induce investment in both new and economically sound business ventures and in the expansion and diversification of existing ventures; (2) to save jobs through assistance designed to stabilize existing businesses; and (3) to raise income levels by providing information, counseling and assistance designed to increase productivity and organizational profitability. This report discusses and analyzes the activities and efforts of the staff of the Center in support of these directives.
