摘要

Electrochemical detectors based on a Kel-F-graphite ('Kelgraf') composite working electrode material were developed and applied for liquid chromatographic detection of selected pesticides in the carbamate and urea classes at ultratrace levels in water. A very effective, rapid approach was developed and tested for off-line estimation from a single cyclic voltammogram of the optimum applied potential for an electrochemical flow detector under chromatographic conditions. An improved electrochemical cell design was developed and tested for rapid kinetic measurements on electrochemical systems of interest.
