Three appendices are presented. Appendix A contains static and seismic active and passive earth pressure tables with notations. Appendix B consists of charts for application of the earth pressure tables and other tables. A computer program for calculating the distribution of lateral earth pressure by the modified Dubrova method is presented in Appendix C.
