摘要

The stress corrosion cracking (SCC) susceptibility of two Al-Zn-Mg forging alloys, Al-7050 and AZ 74.61 is investigated for different heat treatments. The main research goals of the experiments are: (1) A comparison of the results of the CSR-tests with the NLR-tests (where the constant total strain test method was used), to show the validity of the CSR-test method. (2) An evaluation of the SCC-susceptibility of the Al-7050 and AZ 74.61 alloys.
