Evaluability Assessment of the National Diabetes Information Clearinghouse

The purpose of the study was to assist federal program managers in assessing the feasibility of program evaluation, developing measurable program objectives, and identifying management options for improved program performance. A major product of the study is an updated statement of the Clearinghouse's goals, objectives, activities, and program performance indicators.
