The Small Business Firm as Provider of Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services in American Communities

A study to examine existing public and private providers of fire and medical emergency services on a contract basis and to compare their costs and effectiveness in providing a given level of service. Guidelines will be prepared to enable small business to participate more effectively in these activities.
