Current Feasibility Analyses Regarding Shopping Center Developments in Selected Communities within the Navajo Nation, Arizona

The studies in this report were performed in response to a request for three market feasibility analyses in selected communities within the Navajo Nation by the Business Management Department of the Division of Economic Development. The market feasibility analyses were requested to assist in the planning of shopping center developments in the communities of Tuba City, Kayenta and Shiprock. These proposed shopping centers would serve the Navajo Nation's emerging urban concentration growth areas and promote economic development within their respective regions of the Reservation.
