The Standard explains to whom the standards apply; how they were initially applied, and the methodology required to reapply and maintain them. It contains the categories and corresponding task definitions of the work requirements of a radio and television operations work center, contains the individual work-hours by category and task used to arrive at these values, the title, definition, and special instructions for counting these WLFs, instructions for manually applying the standard to one or all locations, and instructions for using the work-force and position description tables.
