Agroindustries Investment and Trade Opportunities in Morocco

Morocco, because of its favorable geographic location, productive potential, and generally good investment climate, merits investigation by American agro-industrial firms as a possible investment target. This report identifies a number of specific areas of opportunity for U.S. investment and trade. First, sectors of the Moroccan economy believed to be suitable for investment - horticultural products, livestock and poultry, fisheries, and agricultural equipment supply - are examined.
