摘要

The efficacy and safety of haloperidol and lithium in hospitalized conduct disorder children age 6 to 12 years was assessed. In addition their effects on cognition and EEG's was studied. Both lithium and haloperidol are superior to placebo in reducing target behaviors in hospitalized aggressive and explosive conduct disorder children on certain measures. The therapeutic value of these drugs is not only statistically significant but also clinically meaningful.
