摘要

This report is a guide to the implementation of the computer programs developed in the research project Wind Instrumentation of the Luling Bridge, Luling, Louisiana. Methods and results of the project are presented in Volume I. The computer programs are designed as a package to process cable stay motion data, bridge deck motion data, and wind data obtained from a digital data acquisition system to be located at the Mississippi River bridge between Luling and Destrehan, Louisiana.
