This is an analysis of the technological feasibility and cost-effectiveness of reducing airborne lead to 150 and 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air in a large secondary lead smelter. Specific information on emission sources, potential controls, the marginal costs of controls, and the effectiveness of controls is presented.
