Student Participation, Meal Costs and Meal Production in School Foodservice Programs: A Literature Review

摘要

This report provides a review of the literature related to three areas: student participation in the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program; the cost of preparing and serving meals in school nutrition programs; and state-of-the-art techniques for the econometric modeling of cost and production functions for school feeding programs.
