Theoretical Outdoor Noise Propagation Models: Application to Practical Predictions

A brief review is presented on the theoretical calculation approaches for outdoor noise propagation available today. Possibilities for their application to practical engineering calculations are outlined. A calculation procedure developed by the authors, which is a combination and extension of several earlier theoretical models, is described.
