Characterization and Use of Fly Ash and Copper Slag: Soil Stabilization

The 6 papers in this report deal with the following areas: geotechnical properties of a copper slag; characterization of fly ash by x-ray analysis methods; characterization and techniques for rapid evaluation of Iowa fly ashes; attrition rates of soil-cement subjected to water jets; design, construction, and frost susceptibility of lime stabilized marine clay in highway subgrade fill; and improvement of a substandard base aggregate with lime.
