Simulation of Spilled Oil Behavior in Bays and Coastal Waters

OILSPILL is a computer program designed to forecast the behavior of floating oil in the coastal zone. The program, written in FORTRAN IV, runs on the AFOS (Automation of Field Operations and Services) Data General Eclipse S/230 computer. It can be stored on floppy disk and retrieved when it is to be run. The program, which is run at the Alphanumeric Disply Module (ADM), requires input such as oil spill location, map parameters, and wind and water current forecasts.
