White Earth Reservation Garment Manufacturing Facility: Feasibility Study

This study was to determine the feasibility of a garment manufacturing facility on the White Earth Indian Reservation, basically to manufacture Indian and urban cowboy garments. The first task of this project was to determine the capacity of the market for the type of garment to be manufactured and to identify potential distributers; identify garments for which there was a ready market and would facilitate as a start up item for a garment plan.
