This research effort developed innovative foundation concepts that will improve the design and performance of manufactured housing foundation systems and their integration with the home's structure so as to ensure permanent anchoring of the home to resist all potential vertical, lateral, and uplift forces; long - term durability and reliability; and adaptability to the existing home's structure. The innovative concepts developed should also be efficient and economical, both initially and over the life cycles, as well as easy to install. Charts, graphs, and illustrations are provided.
