Lancaster - Fox Field Redevelopment Plan, Fox Field Industrial Park

This study was to review the Lancaster Fox Field Airport redevelopment area to determine if there were any significant engineering or environmental issues to be considered during the development of this area, and to conduct an analysis of the development needs for the area proposed as an industrial park at the airport. Engineering Technology, Inc. reviewed the areas of soils, air quality, hydrology, utilities, streets and traffic flow, environmental considerations, and improvement costs at the industrial park site. Each area of the study was addressed to the satisfaction of the City of Lancaster and will serve as a basis for the City's development.
