This report includes 200 single-agency recommendations directed to 10 independent agencies and to OMB. It describes the actions taken or planned with respect to each of the recommendations and provides projected completion dates for actions on recommendations accepted but not yet fully implemented. The report reflects the oversight and reporting requirements of the Act and the intensified monitoring and evaluation activities which OMB initiated in 1980.
