These reports are a preliminary analysis of the data collected during the Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) Cold Water Pipe At-Sea Test. These reports include the following items: Sensor factors and offsets and the data processing algorithms used to convert the recorded sensor measurements from electrical units to engineering units; Plots of the power spectra estimates obtained from a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis of selected channels; Plots of selected sensor measurements as a function of time; Plots of bending stran along the pipe using statistics and values presented in the other volumes.
