Serological Procedure for Identifying Strains of Gremmeniella abietina

The manual gives detailed laboratory serology procedures necessary to determine the identity of isolates of Gremmeniella abietina by the gel double diffusion method. The process is described from the arrival of the field sample to the reading of the precipition bands on the diffusion plate.
