MIIS Mail System - User's Manual Version 1.0

The MIIS Mail System is a flexible general purpose mail handling utility package. Provision is made for specification of multiple selection criteria for reading mail, multiple means of selecting recipients of mail and editing capabilities. The mail system consists of three main modules. The modules include (1) administrative functions such as defining recipient lists; (2) specification of multiple selection criteria for viewing mail; and (3) procedures for sending mail, selection of recipients, and message editing capability. This manual is intended as a guide for MIIS mail system users. It includes definitions and descriptions of terms and message fields and instructions for their use in sending and receiving messages.
