This report is a descriptive explanation of data presented on 16 maps (maps not available from NTIS) produced at a scale of 1:100,000 for the Texas Barrier Islands Region from the eastern end of East Bay, Chambers County, Texas, to the Texas-Mexico border. Topics mapped include conservation, recreation, and preservation areas; point source discharges; public lands; historical sites; archaeological areas; dredge disposal areas; and highways, waterways, and railroads.
