The 4 papers in this report deal with the following areas: transportation design parameters for a world's fair; the transport versus land use dilemma; roadway improvements and traffic circulation patterns for the 1982 world's fair in Knoxville, Tennessee; and, use of IRPM for transportation and land-use planning in national forests.
